VEX IQ Robotics
What is the IQ VEX Robotics program?
VEX IQ is a robotics program for students in grades 5-8. It helps students to develop a love of STEM through coding and building robots, then competing these robots at competitions.
The Breck School VEX IQ program has 5 competitive teams and 2 recreational teams, with 35 students currently in the program. Stampede members serves as mentors for these students, helping them to strengthen their robotics skills and connect what they are learning in VEX to what we do in FRC robotics in high school.
This year, our team hosted a VEX IQ robotics competition at our school, bringing together teams from across the state to compete. It was great to see so many students excited about robotics!
